Here's a game i made entitled "Black Out Game" for this lesson.

Basically students have to find certain characters and make a sentence describing which room of the house a character is in. Such as: "Andi is in the Bathroom"

How to play the game:

1) go through the introduction and explanation slides
2) To make the house lights flicker on and off click on Tomtom (The fly - can click as many times as you like if students need more hints)
3) Click the answer button that will appear in the bottom right corner.

Repeat these simple steps for the remainder of the game.

Good luck

A power point excercise for period three writing, you could have the kids write where the stick figure is in slide three using the examples on slide two, if you have slow kids you could print slide 4 and give them it as excercise.  :P
