Since this silly lesson is focusing on action verbs (present progressive) despite it's mish mosh vocab I decided to focus on the verbs. I edited Jennifer Yong's Mario game for this lesson for this book as well as I created a simple powerpoint to match the images in the game, sort of a prep before the game.
I am also going to show Lemon Tree song (vid) since it has lots and lots of present progressives in the lyrics.
Period 2 is the CDrom, powerpoint and mario game
period 3 is the lemon tree song video, textbook CDrom, speed game, cards to cut out and laminate attached.

I added a worksheet that I cannot use (my students are not that high level) but perhaps someone else can. I found it on English4kids website.

We are using this ppt to review vocabulary from this chapter.  If anyone notices any errors I made with the Korean please let me know.

Here is a ppt to use for memorizing the role-play as well as a Toy Story Game.

I expect that somewhere around this time will be my open class (again) for renewal. I plan to have A LOT of materials. For now, attached is the vocab and role play. I did NOT add a 4th role this time (since it's based on a Korean story I don't know anything about), so I guess the kids will have to duke it out with who will do which parts.

I hope someone can use this.
