I better explain about this ppt, and I'll tell you what I did in class to explain it. I asked, "How could you finish this sentence: "It's very ____." The class suggested: big, tall, good, etc. Next, I did a Google search with the quotes they suggested, noting the number of hits each quote got. ("It's very good." was the winner.) Then, we played the ppt game. Students had to guess the adjective-noun combination they thought would get the highest score, and write it on their whiteboards. Note: I got the scores from The Corpus of Contemporary American English They add up all their scores at the end of the game.

I taught my kids about adjectives, nouns and verbs and while some don't get it, most of them actually understand what all three are. Large in part to my co teacher and this power point though. It's just good for highlighting adjectives and getting the basic sentence structures down.

Here's a slightly modified boardgame previously posted by another user ...nice work by the way ....

the boxes with what is 도덕 in english you can remove and put other things you think your students had been finding difficult in previous lesson ...hope this helps...ow yeah um make sure ur good at rock, scissors paper or else you'll be handing candy out like mad hhahahahaha

I printed out the different key expression pictures on A4 paper.

Then I put them on the board so the students can't see what they are. (I only put 6 pictures up) I have the students in groups roll a dice. The number the dice says is the picture they have to guess. I look at the picture and answer, "Yes it is." Or "No it's not."

The students love this game. If the students group guess correctly their group gets a point. After the pictures are all guessed I shuffle them and play again. If I have enough time I have a student do my job. They have to answer yes or no. They really like that.

Here is a intro ppt i made for the first lesson. I just used the pictures from the book and did the activity in the book.
My students love the card slapping game...even though most of the cards end up being ripped to shreds.

You could use this for maybe two or more lessons.
My co-teacher have the students write the vocabs and key sentences for their homework then we have short quiz during class.

I've attached a very basic intro idea for this lesson. Just add any world record images to your lessons to expand the given vocabulary. I made several slides that only contained pictures so they could make their own sentences.
