How to Upload/Download Files

Arsalan:
That's rather odd, I just tested Firefox 3.6.12 on my mac, and works normally.

Are you clicking on the file, or right clicking to do a "save target" or something along those lines?   Try right clicking and choosing a normal option (could be something with your settings), so if you're on a mac you would right click and choose: "Open Link ... "  instead of clicking on "Download linked File ..." which would cause you to grab it and named as index.php

moc-moc-a-moc!:
I was just clicking on the attachment and letting Firefox automatically download it, right click>save target as... downloads the file normally.

Still odd that my usual method should work with portable firefox but not a properly installed version.

Any chance of getting .ttf files (i.e. fonts) enabled as a possible attachment? I have a lot of stuff for a harry potter camp which I've used two special harry potter style fonts in, I'd like to put everything needed for the camp up together. Also I get fed up when I download something and I have to resize everything because its been done in a font that isn't installed on my computer.

I know you can embed some fonts in ppt's but a lot of fonts seem to prevent you from doing that :(

Daejeon:
Allow zips and true type fonts to be uploaded please.

Hello, would you be kind enough Web Master, to explain step-by-step how to upload a file please? I don't want to add to someone else's post, I would like to start my own post (like the ones you see on the LHS on the homepage at the top).
Cheers! And Merry Christmas...
