How to Upload/Download Files

I'd recommend you post this in the information technology board, and be as specific as possible (that is, what programs do you want to use, what type of computer do you have, etc.) I'm not sure how easy, or possible, it is to change the language, or even if you are allowed to do that on the school's computer since it doesn't belong to you, but you can get some tips on using specific programs.
Failing that, try using Open Office: http://www.openoffice.org/

Hi, it's my first time attaching a PPT to my post. The site's telling me that there was an error because it's taken too long for my attachment to be loaded up. The site says it could be that or my attachment exceeds the limit. It's 2 MB. I don't think that's that's big... Any help?
