This is actually a completely serious question. I have a theory about why so many Korean people are so thin, despite their virtual perpetual consumption of some of the most frighteningly calorie rich food on this planet. My theory is, basically, that the fires-of-hell chilli content in the majority of the savory food has the effect of "aiding" digestion in that it gives one the runs, so the food passes straight through the digestive system, similar to when one has gastroenteritis, and it has no chance of even contemplating being turned into potential cellulite. So, it's not that I want to achieve that type of thing, but I was just wondering if perhaps a moderate intake of aforementioned chilli-saturated cuisine would have a similar effect in helping one to "go", as it were. I happen to have a particularly uncooperative intestinal tract

and I'm thinking this might be a "natural" and sustainable method of relief (as oppose to the plethora of laxatives I have to consume). I'm thinking of utilizing kimchi because maybe the cabbage itself helps the number two on its merry journey. A bit of a rough question for a Monday morning, I am aware, but this is actually a really desperate situation for me and any helpful thoughts on this proposed poo-ing plan of action would be appreciated.
