I watched all of the newer Battlestar Galactica Series last year when I came to Korea.  Greatest show ever.  Dark and it's all about politics.  Not as optimistic and silly as Star Trek.

Right now watching "Game of Thrones" and "Boardwalk Empire."

The new Season of Boarwalk Empire is kicking butt.

Wow, so many shows. Too easy, thanks to magic internet fairies! Revenge, American Horror story (so good!), Modern Family, Glee, Homeland (gripping!), 2 broke girls, HIMYM, Blue Bloods (love me some Tom Selleck), Hawaii 5-0, Lost Girl. I could go on.

i'm finishing up season three of "fringe", which hasn't wowed me as much as season two did, but it's still pretty good.

i had a good two-three months where i was watching "QI", an amazing quiz show from my original uk home.

and if you're a fan of cooking competitions, i've also been watching past seasons of "top chef" and it's spin off "top chef: just desserts". just desserts in particular is hard to watch sometimes... the desserts they come up with!  :o i want to eat everything.

I should also mention the new "Thundercats" series.  It's not bad.  A nice update.

For the two years I taught ESL in San Diego to Korean, Japanese, and Taiwanese students, they always wanted me to recommend them a drama to watch to American culture. I told them any show they watch will have some sort of American culture aspect to it, but if they wanted to learn California culture, The OC is hands down the best drama available.

I'm typically not interested in American TV programs but I've been watching Curb Your Enthusiasm for a while now (they aren't shy about making multiple series) and it's fantastic

I just blew through the entirety of Bones in a few weeks... David Boreanaz has grown a lot as an actor since his time on Buffy. Overall, a decent procedural show with some fun characters, but it probably should have stopped after 3 or 4 seasons. But then, I feel that way about most shows. (How I Met Your Mother used to be so good :( )

Oh, and Archer. What an awesome show. It's not quite Arrested Development levels of rewatchability, but it's up there.

Also loving Alcatraz, Justified, Fringe and ...wait for it... Murdoch Mysteries!! (The best thing to come out of Canada since SCTV!!)

For easy watching before bed I'm into the latest two seasons of 'pawn stars.'

Cross breed of the antiques roadshow and occ choppers.  You just cannot go wrong.

QI is also extremly enjoyble.  Currently on season 6.  One of the best celebrity game shows / panel shows e.v.e.r.  Stephen Fry is just so damned likeable.

I've been also watching HOMELAND. Not bad, but at times really stupid.

Storage Wars-- it's this absolutely ridiculous show about people who buy abandoned storage lockers at auction in an attempt to make money. I don't exactly know why, but I'm extremely entertained by this show.

And

Kenny Vs. Spenny-- another ridiculous show about these two friends who go against each other in messed up competitions like who can live in a van the longest and who can p*ss off the most people. It's what you might call lowbrow humor--but I can't get enough.
