I changed to and F4 visa recently but havent received it in the mail yet. I had it made May 9th. I assumed it would take up to 14 days. When I called the immigration office they said that all documents went to a new building? or maybe agency? I couldnt understand her on the phone. Does anyone know what happened? I asked her for a phone number but she said it was private security and she couldnt give me the number. When I registered for the f4 visa, the man who was helping me said I wouldnt have any issues because I'm female. Any ideas what might've happened? (Also, I can't get through to 02 1345)
