Anyone interested in meeting in Gwangju?

Hi.  I've been in Gwangju a short time.  Most of my friends live in or near JinJu.  I'm bored and would like to meet others who enjoy going out to eat, movies, traveling, etc.  I'm not really into the drinking/bar thing.  Please PM if interested.  I live in Sangmu District.

You're lucky to be living in Gwangju.  I live in a decrepit, old town.  It has its charms, but I find I am spending more time in my apartment working on little projects instead of heading out to Gwangju or the big cities.  When I do head there, I go exploring the little shops, and restaurants.  I'll sometimes eat street vendor food if I am not particularly worried about what I am eating.

There's too much to do to get bored!

I forgot to mention.  A good place to meet other foreigners in Gwangju is Soul Train, and Speak Easy.  They're both downtown, near Miguiore (sp?).
