paperwork to re-sign

Hey everyone,

I'm wondering what paperwork Americans need to extend the visa.  I'm staying an extra 4 months and don't know if I need the FBI check or what.

If you are continuing work with the same company, you dont need anything.

Bring the new contract
A form from the school telling them of the extension
passport
ARC Card

I extended my contract 7 months 3 days ago and that is all i had to bring.
