Here's a "Code Game" I used for motivation on this lesson - students have to look at the sentence written in code and figure out what it says.

Are there any really funny materials available for what will you do this summer? Something like, what will you do this summer (I will fight with a rhinoceros) etc...

Introductory PPT for period 1 (probably not much use to anyone post-summer vacation but how and ever).

A word search.  I have the students write out the definitions in Korean as well.

a fun game for this is to hand out matching cards with some kind of action on there, and have students stand up and ask "what will you do this summer?" to try to find their partners. example: in a class of 20 students, make 10 different pictures cards. the students will ask and respond about their summer plans until they find the student with the same card.

this ppt has:
1.) key sentence where they repeat after the teacher
2.) the teacher will ask 'what will you do this summer?' and the students answer with the next slide
3.) let's read part B with corresponding pictures to the answer choices

it's extremely simple and the colors are a little tacky!
i apologize ahead of time!

A game my students loved was a miming activity. I gave them sentences in an envelope about what they would do this summer and they each had to take one and act it out, when the other team members guessed correctly they could move on to the next person. The first team to finish them all wins.

hey heres some activities
1. the beatles song i will - gap fill
2. relay reading- each student gets a card and they shoud read sentence number 1 in order by student. when all studnets have read sentence number one they should guess the activity and write the sentence in their notebooks.

This video gets students to make sentences using "will":  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cSpty_78cOA

There are 10 short clips, each interrupted with a question ("What will happen?", "What will the cat do?", etc.).  Stop the video there and get the students to make guesses.  And then when you've gotten some "will" sentences out of them, you can get the class to ask the question together, and when they ask, they can see the rest of the clip.

I've found that these videos are fun enough that sometimes students are motivated to make guesses outside of their English range, but they can usually make themselves clear enough (my earlier experience with this is a series of clips for the phrase "going to", basically the same setup).

Odds are they will all be totally and completely wrong, but if a student's guess is even remotely close, I give them a piece of chocolate.  And actually, all the wrong guesses add to the suspense, and the kids enjoy the unexpected endings even more than if they hadn't had a chance to speculate beforehand.

I would like to share all of my files for this lesson. I hope they can be used in some way for the 2012 school year. Included are the following:

-Vocabulary ppt (incl. spelling and key expressions practise)
-Reviews for periods 3 & 4
-Speed game (students must give the sentence based on the picture before time runs out)

Hey all!  I was a heavy contributer to the Mediafire site before it crashed and burned, but I still have all the old files for games/ppts/etc and will try to upload as often as possible.  I am teaching middle school now, so not sure what is happening in Elementary these days.  If you have a specific request for a game or PPT for grades 3-6 PM me and I will see what I can do.
