August 15th Public Holiday?
« on: June 08, 2011, 03:57:24 PM »
Just wondering if anyone can confirm that August 15th is a public holiday meaning we don't have to come to school for camp/desk warming or take it as one of our vacation days?

That also means for those of us already done with camp and classes and on vacation that schools should not be assessing that day as a vacation day  ;D Watch your vacation days ;-)

absolutely!

if you're like me, and have your vacation scheduled during that time, then it counts as an extra day too :D

If you want to know the dates of public holidays, just check the Korean calendar or your cell phone calendar... the holiday date is usually marked in red... and if you're under GEPIK then you will always get it off for sure.
