Fourth of July Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?
« on: July 06, 2011, 04:32:42 PM »
The first attachment is a Fourth of July powerpoint I took off Waygook (all credit goes to ketravison) and tweaked a bit to suit my class.

The second attachment is a Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? game that goes along with the powerpoint. My classes have found it pretty easy, especially if you have higher level kids, so I made another version with some harder questions. I played by putting the kids in two to four groups and giving them white boards. They write the correct letter down on the white board and I keep track of their points.

With explaining the powerpoint and playing the game it easily takes up a 45 minute class and you might not finish the game.

Here's the annoying orange video that goes in the powerpoint, I don't know how to embed :(
