I'm going to Vietnam in Feb too. I used this one 4 days ago. Got my Visa emailed to me in 2 days. Cost half of what the others are charging, only $10.

Andrea.ESL:
Visa on Arrival is not an option for me because I won't be flying into Vietnam.  I'm flying into Thailand and taking land transportation across Cambodia and into Vietnam.  I've decided, despite the steeper costs, to get my visa here in Korea at the Vietnamese embassy in Seoul.

I called the embassy (2-739-2065) and talked to a woman named Bora.  She told me I needed to bring a photo, my passport, and 84,000 won.  The embassy is open from 9 to 12 and from 2:30 to 5 (I assume weekdays).  She told me to take the metro to Anguk Station on line 3, exit 2.  Take the green bus #2, to Gangsawon, and it would be near there.

I hope this information is helpful to someone.  I know a lot of people suggest doing the "visa on arrival" option because it is a lot cheaper, but as I said it is not an option for me.  So if you're in a similar situation, then this is what you will need to do as well.  :)

Yeah, they are legit, we are also working through them now. Just remember, what they email to you is NOT your visa, it's just an 'approval letter'. You have to pick up the visa at the airport, paying a 'stamping fee' (now I see around $45) to complete the process and enter the country.

I just applied for mine using another different website. Cost $17 and stamping fee at the airport is $25 from the various websites I have browsed.
