South Africans don't pay pension in Korea but if you have been it's not a big deal, because I think you can get it back at the end of the year. No documents are required for this, just tell your school and they'll stop deducting it.

Why not let them deduct your 4.5% and let them match that 4.5%?  At the end of your contract, you can claim both contribution totalling 9% of annual earning.
