Back in the UK its very cheap and easy to hook up a TV with a digital recorder which can be set to record at a set time and store it on a HDD. I was wondering if anyone has managed to do this with a recorder bought in Korea or outside Korea?
Its particularly annoying that my cable lets me watch past programs but charges me to do it. So I am thinking it might be one of those things that Korea likes to keep a tight grip on to bring revenues in.
Is it possible?
