My students loved this one in 6th grade last term.

This has been mentioned on here before, but Lemon tree by foolsgarden is a hit with grades 4-6. I have used it for action verbs and for weather (at a lesser extent) I have the file but it's FLV format so I can't load it but if anyone wants it I can email it to them. I hate waiting for Youtube to buffer, so I have files of all my fav vids to save myself the headache.
Also, head, shoulders, knees and toes was a big hit as well.
EDIT: added files

5-11-2 is Lemon Tree with the animated stick figures (I think the original video)

My third grade middle schoolers were mesmerized by this.  Might freak out younger kids, though:

Haha! What did you do with the vid afterwards? Or how did you tie it into your lesson?

I'm actually doing a lesson on commercials/advertisements so i was able to tie it into the lesson, but usually i show a 1-3 min video at the beginning of class to get their attention. I find its easier than telling everyone to be quiet.

Great song for colours, got a nice repeated simple grammar structure to. Great for drilling without feeling like a sergeant major.

Korean's foreigner-phobia

The McGurk Effect
(Again on another pronunciation lesson. Used to show how we need to look at peoples mouths to help understand. Listen to this clip with eyes open and closed.)
