4th grade: Lesson 7 I visited Jeju-do/ Judy Yin book
« on: August 31, 2011, 09:38:40 am »
Here are some materials for this lesson.

I made up the pop goes the weasel game because my fourth graders only have a 30 min attn span, so this gets their attention, gets them moving and talking and gives them some control. Please feel free to modify (and repost) if you have a way to improve on it. I mainly wanted them to talk and move (and they love to throw things!)
Also, I made this board game thanks to tools for educators. I originally had the lesson vocab (non-verb ones) in Korean but I changed it to have all verbs as most of my students seem to already know those words and translations. If anyone wants that version, let me know.
Also, revised Teacherdel's worksheet to allow the vocab to be included.
I also revised an existing mario game for this lesson.

Basic vocab PPT with Korean translations. Sorry, no animations, because this Korean PPT programme will not work with nature.

A review unscramble game (to be played in groups with whiteboards). Contains key vocabulary and key phrases from the lesson.
