New to Waygook, Kondae, and high school
« on: August 31, 2011, 12:35:19 PM »
Hi, I just joined Waygook. Seen it around for a while and put off joining -- now I wish I hadn't because I've got to post five times to get to the lesson plans, haha. I just started teaching at a coed high school near Konkuk University. I've been in Korea for two years now, but I've never taught high school before.

Anyone have any recs on what to do/eat in the Kondae area? Or high school tips or recs?

I would recommend Maundoo (I am not sure if my spelling is accurate, but it is pronounced "mundoo" I believe). They are delightful little dumplings - you should try them out.
