That's true. People do concentrate too much on chest and arms.  But what a lot of people seem to fail to see is working oh your arms will only marginally help increase your bench.  Having stronger shoulders and back will help a lot more, which is what I do at least.

@ Seoulian: I went to the sports complex station sports mall and of the 20+ stores there only one carried Olympic plates and it was closed..sigh ;__; Called the owner up and he said come Monday morning.

Let me embellish on the directions. Walk out of exit 7 towards the Olympic stadium. Then head right wrapping around the stadium. Should see an underground area for parking.  You'll see the sports mall banner, and there will be stores huddled on the right once you walk about a few min inside. It was the first store to the right.  Checked all the other stores and they said they didn't carry Olympic plates, oddly only the Olympic bars.

I used to be into bodybuilding, but now I just like to maintain my big lifts, especially the clean. I tried this at the Jeonju university gym but man their barbells are all warped and crap. Hope Busan offers better options but I'm told to not hold my breath..
