These games are stunning just stunning! The yugioh game is particularly good, great graphics, great game play, great drama and great student interest.

Thank you so much!

Hey man,

You make awesome games, but I just found out that Macbooks don't support Macros :(, so I have been changing somethings to fit my Mac. Has anyone else found solutions to the macros issues?

Thanks so much, your games have save my life super easy LOL. I at least owe you a beer.

Thank you so much for all the effort you put into these. They're especially great for grades with more students or lower attention spans!
You're welcome!  ;D

I know what you mean!
I love how these games make even the most uninterested and 'problematic' students sit up and participate!
I'm happy to hear it  :)

And my pleasure!

Ahah thanks, I appreciate it!  I don't have a Mac to test on.  Is your classroom computer a Mac?  The triggers may not work as you edit the ppt on your Mac, but I think they'll work once you open it up on the classroom computer (assuming it's a PC of course )

I don't know if I'm missing it.. but these look great and I want to download one for a lesson tomorrow.

But I just can't find the download link??

Again... The games are just straight up amazing, I'm glued to the screen as much as the kids. It's also something to be able to give the kids a similar experience to what I had growing up. One of wonder at where the teachers could have found or created such amazing stuff - my general motto would be bamboozel and then teach while they're all starry eyed and totally receptive. These games hit it on the mark.

I have one issue, and I think it may be with how I'm saving the file or clicking or something. But in the Pokemon V2 game, when a trainer battle happens... then all of the pokeballs (A-Z) are up again in the selection screen, so all of the options that have already been chosen are now up again. The scoreboard however, remains tallied. So it's not that it resets everything, just the selection screen. Any ideas as to why this is happening? Thank you for any help on this in advance!

That's awesome  :D

I opened the game and tried to re-create the problem you're having.  It worked OK for me, without any of the questions re-appearing.  PowerPoint does some weird stuff sometimes lol.  My recommendation would be to re-download the template and try playing it without editing or re-saving it.  You can get to a trainer slide quickly by selecting question "H" and then the blue pokeball.  Do all the question balls still re-appear?

First off, thank you for the Pokemon Bomb Game! Every one of my classes (not to mention I myself) have had a great time playing it as a midterm review.

I have a question though. Where did you find the GameBoy-like pictures of the Pokemon once you open the pokeballs? I searched Google Images and various sites for a while but no luck.

I'm asking because I want to play the game again for finals, but I want to include different Pokemon and Pokemon I like. I know there's a second version of the game, but I'd still like to customize the Pokemon if I could to make a 2-part game.

Thanks again!

you are an inspiration! thank you so much for all your hard work and effort into these games. I know its takes a lot of time and energy. The "All teams lose points" slide is brilliant. I had students jumping on their desks and pounding them with their fists with fury. It was hilarious. My co-teacher, who doesnt show much emotion in class, was crying from laughter. The pokemon game is amazing. Well done!
Cheers!

I looked through the second pokemon template and wow....holy sheet its incredible.....

The only thing is that there is a green screen with the pokemon on the bottom but the middle is all white....is something supposed to go in that white square? Is there something there and just my pc is lame and can't play it?

I think you're looking at the scoreboard before it's "activated" in slideshow mode.  Is it before the question selection slide?  If so, when you start the slideshow, does it turn into the scoreboard?  If not, make sure you enable macros  ;D  The white box will become the scoreboard once the powerpoint is in action

First, I must thank you for the comprehensive instructions you included in the beginning of the post. I am new to this BOMB Game culture, but this post brings me up to speed in a snap.

Second, I can't wait to download the game! It looks ridiculously awesome! My kids love SpongeBob but are itching for some new characters. This should win them over completely.

Alernate fixed version that works with 2010.  (no reappearing selection screen letters)

Anybody else had that problem?  Found a fix?

Sprite06 how about a Keroro Bomb Game? It is a little frog band group :). Just throwing out some ideas ^_^

Also, is there a way I can edit the YuGiOh points on the card.

I don't know if anyone can help with this one - may be a really stupid question but im not the best at computers... especially those in Korean. I understand that the fonts need to be downloaded first and I fully understand how to do this after they are added to the desktop but I am unsure how to download them to here in the first place? When I attempt to download them it gives me no option to save them to desktop (that I can make sense of in Korean anyway) and instead adds them to a folder.

Can anyone please help me with this and what option I need so select when downloading in the first place to actually save to the desktop? Thank you!

These are great!  I've got some fixed up and ready for my afternoon classes!  My kids are going to love the Spongebob one!

I do have a request... sort of... I'm going to be showing my summer camp Avatar: The Last Airbender and want to make a themed bomb game for it, but have no idea how to go about it.  Do you have a tutorial or something that should show the basics?  That would be awesome!

First of all...Sprite06 and Daejeon have saved my life. Much respect to you both.

My students absolutely love this game and it's been changing the environment all for the better at my school.

I have one question, it's about the scoreboard for the Pokemon game...when I tried to resave the ppt file as a different name because of questions I made for a lower level class, the scoreboard that Daejeon created disappeared.

I can't figure out how to include it back in...so I've just been writing the scores on the board. If the scoreboard is lost, is there a way to add it back into the powerpoint file?
