Hey All,
I teach middle school and for a fun and easy, post-exam lesson I've decided to focus on K-Pop. I'm starting out class with the K-Pop Rebus that another user has kindly added to the site.
Next we'll watch 4 MVs one at a time (on youtube). During each MV the different teams in the class need to write down every English word they hear. They'll get a point for every word and a bonus point if they've gotten an entire phrase or sentence. They can also earn bonus points for defining slang or idioms in the songs. Team with the most points at the end wins.
I made a powerpoint for each song, so we can go over the English in the songs together. It's not very fancy, but it's a heck of a lot better than some of my older ones
