MTBman:
I heard about the opening of the bike trail yesterday at a local bike shop.  I was invited to the Grand Opening of that bike path in the city I live in, but I can't go.  I'd already planned to go to KOTESOL next Saturday.  It will be great to have a long trail to ride instead of on the local roads.

kyndo:
Sweet! Would this be mtb style trail, or would it be suitable for straight up road/touring bikes?

MTBman:
I don't know, Kyndo.  I ride a MTB and I heard about it from one of the local organizers in the city I live in, who is also a MTB rider.  I would think it is a paved bike path, because any MTB bike path like a fire road in a mountain would only suit those who ride in the mountains.  I'll check it out when I can.  I have to find out where it is in the city I live in first.

kyndo:
I'm over in daegu, and I've got a mtb, but if there are enough paths like this one heading north to seoul and south to busan, i'm thinking it would be worth it to get some touring tires and gears. Its not fun going any distance on 2" tires ><
