Looking for someone to bring a dog to Canada

Some foster dogs need to get to Canada in the next couple of months to be fostered there through Korean Animal Rescue Regina. 

If you are going home in the next month or so or at the end of Jan/Feb(preferably to Toronto or Edmonton) and you can take a dog as excess baggage in the cargo compartment or a small one under your seat, please contact me.

I'll be flying to Vancouver, so not sure that I'd be any help, but it will be in mid-January.

im going home for a visit on feb 18th to toronto (flying direct with korean air)
i would not mind taking the dog provided all the expenses for the dog is paid for byt he person wanting the dog?
