Here is the Role Play.
I am also using an excerpt video from Sound of Music to show the different ways to say Good bye.

Here's a few items. Obviously, I haven't gotten to this lesson yet. So I am still digging up materials and working on creating some.

Here's some videos. One is the Beatles song. Hello, Goodbye. The animation is adorable. I think the kids are going to love it.
I've wanting to teach my kids "NA NA NA Hey Hey Hey Hey, goodbye" forever, just to be funny when someone loses, but there hasn't been time, and now I can teach it....haha. Enjoy!

Here's a boardgame I swiped from the 6th grade board and edited for our book. Also attached is a powerpoint for fun ways to say good bye. I also found it on the 6th grade board.

EDIT: added cards for board game.

one more video.
Bear in the Big Blue house goodbye song. Some of it might be hard, but I liked that it used some language from previous lessons and it has English subtitles.

Here's a basic powerpoint teaching the different ways to say goodbye in English (the other powerpoint I posted was different languages).

I basically created this so my students wouldn't struggle with the board game I created since the cards mention these different ways and they are not in the book.
