Powerpoint Pelmanism ("memory game")
« on: November 09, 2011, 02:25:54 pm »
I'm not sure if this belongs anywhere specific but here is a blank pelmanism ("memory game") template. It's pretty basic, just a simple powerpoint slide with a few triggers to make squares appear and disappear - the triggers are to the sides of the main matrix, as I'm sure ye would have figured that out; simply click the appropriately labelled trigger once to make a square disappear, and again to make it reappear. Pictures can easily be "sent to the back" of the squares in the matrix.

I'm not sure if it is a bit small, but you might be able to work with it.

Good stuff. Very similar to the guess where game, which is a hit with my kids. I might try it with this one as well.

Does this just not work or is there something I should know?  I'm using Impress, not PPT, so that might be the issue, but I have no triggers here and clicking anywhere just exits the presentation.
Impress generally works with PPTs on this site.  Don't usually have a problem.

any feedback on this? It worked for me obviously, so I'm not sure where the issue lies.

Yeah, that doesn't work either.  It's got to be Open Office Impress.  No custom animation, no triggers, just the barebones slide.  Sucks, because it looks sharp and the kids would love it.

Hi, I am looking for a powerpoint memory game template. Microsoft provides an "Animated Presentation Slide for Games", however it seems not work. I don't know can I get the one you mentioned here? Thanks

I've been scouring the internet for a template like this! Thanks so much, it'll be really helpful. My kids have terrible memories when it comes to English vocab.

Hi. I downloaded the file and am looking forward to using it in class, but I have a question. How exactly do I add the pictures that I want to hide?
