Activities to do with your kids over winter?
« on: November 25, 2011, 11:51:14 PM »
I enjoy spending time with my 14mth baby outside, parks, zoo, forest, whatever, shes a very outdoors girl but with winter fast approaching, being outside is not so much fun, I been savoring things like the aquarium, homeplus type playgrounds but I have limited knowledge of indoor coolness,  we have lots of weekend travel plans but I'm severely laking on day to day type activities, I have lots of morning time (2pm start), free stuff is good, I don't want to blow huge amounts of $$ everyday but keen for any cool suitable for little one ideas, costs are ok but its not going to be an everyday occurrence.

FYI We're in northern seoul (suraksan)

There are sled hills that open in and around Seoul every winter. I know there will be one at Children's Grand Park, and it costs 8,000 won. You should be able to sled with your kid on your lap.

How about going to the spa or a pool? Also, there are a few ice rinks in/around Seoul if you're interested in doing a day trip.
