As of now you cant, unless you ahve a US billing address. proxy your ip to US, and go to ea's origin site. There you can pay for the game and start your download. or, you can go to play-asia and buy it there. you will get a physical copy and dont have to download 11gigs.

i finally got my copy from play asia. I play on the shadowtown server on the republic. send me a message" amsardon"!

Is it possible for someone in my home country (NZ in this case) to buy the game digitally for me, using all my details, then, EA will email me the game codes, I can download it and play in Korea?

I'm a total proxy newb and can't seem to get it to work that way :(
