That's sad to hear, because Korea and Iran have a surprisingly positive relationship these days.

Am I the only one who thinks the US would lose in a war with Iran? At best, it would be another Vietnam.

I don't think the US and its allies would actually invade Iran as they did Iraq. I suspect they're just looking for an excuse to bomb the Iranian military and destroy its alleged nuclear weapons program. They might bomb its nuclear power plants too. I think they're much more likely to want to set it back a few decades rather than get caught in another Vietnam.

Or another Iraq, even.  Something quick and as "hands-off" as possible is the only thing the American public would put up with right now (or that we can afford).

And Flasy if the US goes in I'm sure the UK will be right behind them, or at least that's what I'd expect from David Cameron, and given recent UK-Iranian relations.

Certainly! That's what I meant by "the US and its allies." Britain is especially annoyed at Iran right now since the Iranian authorities stood by while its centuries old embassy was ransacked (diplomats have been expelled on both sides and the most recent British diplomat had only been there for a month). Governments have a responsibility to protect the diplomatic embassies and Iran failed in that. Deliberately, I think. Of course, Iran was responding to sanctions. Of course, the sanctions were in response to a supposedly independent report on Iran's alleged nuclear weapons program. It all seems to be spiralling.
In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

We are not "guests" in Korea. Korea didn't invite us over for Pimms in the garden. We are paid employees.
