How many of you have done your end of contract evaluations?
I thought we were supposed to have two formal evaluations by SMOE each year - 1 each semester? I didn't have one last semester, and it is getting near the end of this one.
I asked my primary CT and she said she hadn't heard anything about it.
I thought all Korean teachers were evaluated twice a semester now - when it was once a year before?
We got the parent and student evaluations today. We did 3 or so open houses so far this year. But I've heard nothing about the formal evaluation.
I'm not signing a new contract. I told my co-teacher that at the start of this school year.
But in my last job with SMOE, where we had several FTs, those who were leaving at the end of their contracts still had to have a formal evaluation.
