Underfloor Heating

I have a quick question... and have an idea of how to say it, but would like to hear from you how to say, that "My underfloor heating is not working well" or "The underfloor heating is not working" [this is what's happening in my apartment now lol!].
So, could I say, "온돌 마루 고장 났어요." ??
Your help would be appreciated!

You could try "Ondol.  No!" and make an X sign with your forearms.

Underfloor heating is very expensive to run! I would reccomend getting an electric heater there about 60,000 and will save you a fortune.

To add to that point, underfloor heating can get a larger area pretty toasty while the heater concentrates more on a smaller space. I don't use the underfloor heating very often, and usually turn it off once things have warmed up. Just use it as you need and I doubt it will break the bank.

I'm still trying to figure mine out. I'm just button mashing at this point, but I find that it fluctuates from too cold to too hot.

I find it impossible to get the right temperature as well. I leave it on all night so I wake up nice and toasty but its always too toasty. Somewhere around 20-25 is about right.

Yeah I find this confusing as well, I leave just the heat on at night then in the morning turn on heat and water for a warm shower then before I leave I turn it to what I believe(I think thats what my co-teacher was trying to explain) is Engery saver but when I come home my apartment is always warm,which is fine, but I dont really get it!
