Company to take care of overseas criminal background checks?

Hi, I am moving with my boss to a new school and she told me that I need to get a new criminal background check.  My visa is good through September 2012, but I will be working in an afteschool program and the public school wants a new background check. The problem is I am from the US and I now need an FBI background check and apostille) instead of one from my home state. I just don't have the time and (frankly) don't want to deal with the hassel of sending/receiving my paperwork back and forth. Does anyone know of a company that I can pay to handle it for me? I am willing to shell out a good chunk of change as long as the company is legit and won't screw up my stuff!

There was a thread on this. What you can do is go to the police station, take your fingerprints on a FD258 card or the online paper version. The card show better prints because its cardstock. Fill out FBI order form. You can mail it to Apostille Pros. They are certified fingerprinters. They double check your prints before submitting them to the FBI. Then the cbc get mailed to them and they get the apostille and fedex to South Korea. Save you a lot of time. You probably need to send them your degree as well. They can get the copy of the degree apostille for South Korea.

A lot of people are using Apostille Pros, but I am going to try US Authentications because they are 1/4th the price for the apostille. Both companies do federal level apostilles, so that is a major plus! They usually just take a few days. Last time I got mine mailed through the US Department of State, it took over 10 weeks, so it is better to pay, if you are in a crunch.

Apostille Pros gets background checks?  I thought they only got apostilles?  There's nothing on their site that I can see that indicates they will acquire the background check.
