Wanted: Smartphone and contract takeover!!

Hello all, I'm looking to take over somebody else's contract if possible. I'm going to be teaching in Korea by the end of the month and don't want to go through the hassle of acquiring a phone. So if anyone has a smartphone/remaining contract, let me know! I have been placed in Chungbuk. Preferably iPhone4.
