Welcome to JLS, yeah just try and squeeze as much speaking as you can in. They like the group work as it maximizes the speaking time, they should all be speaking English to each other. It can be a bit hard sometimes, I have to go around and prompt them a lot ie. Sally why don't you ask Billy what his answer is, Billy why don't you tell Sally why you think that. You can try get through the book as quick as you can and then do an activity at the end.
And yes it can get repetitive - sometimes you go straight from one class into the next one and teach the exact same topic again.
