Lee Sang Hee Prep School in Pohang
« on: March 29, 2012, 05:30:24 PM »
I must warn any prospective teacher or anyone applying here that this school has had severe problems regarding paying teachers on time.  Some teachers in the past have even gone several months without pay, and have had to file a complaint with the Labor office to get what was due them; and of course they could only do this at the end of their contract term.  The boss seems to favor those teachers who are willing to work lots of overtime, and these teachers seem to get paid first, while other teachers must wait for months to get paid.

The boss also gets abusive and vindictive when you file cases against her, making ridiculous accusations.

This is crap and BS.  I worked there for many years, including the date of the posting and never had any pay problems.  This sounds like a teacher that wanted to stay and whose contract was not renewed.  This is a place for professional teachers with Masters Degrees in teaching disciplines.  They don’t keep slackers.
