how to contact an admin?

Im trying to change my password, and the site isnt recognising any of the passwords i put in.
also when i go to the forgot password part on another browser, it says its sending the new password to me, but doesnt, i have tried this on numerous occasions, but its not working. can anybody help me please?

sorry Kipa, I don't know how you can do this, its a pity there isn't an option on the help tab for this type of thing.

Its not in my spam folder. on Tuesday I used internet explorer to login, and it wasn't accepting my password, so i tried to reset it, i tried it at least 4 times, and it said sent, but nothing was there.
on my chrome explorer, the login is set to forever, so i tried changing my password, and it wouldnt let me. i know my password for this site, but to be on the safe side i tried other passwords, but it still wouldnt let me do it.
so, is there an admin or moderator out there, that can help me please?
