how to contact an admin?

Yes I am using hotmail is my primary address, and gmail as my secondary address, but i don't see how that explains it not sending a message to me straight away, when i use internet explorer, or why it won't let me change my password. other sites i use and the passwords still wrong after about 3 or 4 attempts it just sends an email to the primary address to reset it. so i'm really not understanding why its not working, and nothing is going to my spam on either account.

l had similar problems.   Try checking your email spam folder for the password email.
