No new password!!! Can't downlaod with new account!!!

Hi,
I just want to find out how I can downlaod some materials? I contributed my worksheets and made more than five posts.
Secondly, my friend still hasn't recieved a new password for her  account. She contributed so much with it and  even shared some of her  materials too.
The problem arose since  she changed schools and has been unable to retrieve her password. It was locked to the former school PC. She can't remember which email she used either to sign in with wayggook.org, but is sure of her password :(
How can we get our problems solved?!!! Help anybody?!

You couldn't download because this post counted as number 5.  You had two others deleted for being redundant (that is, the same thing posted numerous times).   You must make five quality posts before downloading.  Please let us know if you have any other questions or problems.
