I did a low-tech lesson on this way back when (wow, almost five years ago).  A good emergency activity for those "didn't you know? you teach in three minutes" classes, as well as for the after-exam period:

But really there are hundreds if not thousands of words that have made it into Korean, some used more than others.  If you did that activity you could even narrow it down to "Things you can buy at Home Plus" or "Things in your 아파트".
