Ive been here almost a week and havent met a lot of foreigners. Anyone around here?

I don't live there any more, but there are plenty of foreigners there.

Check out http://thejeonjuhub.com/ or try putting the name of your neighborhood into facebook as there are plenty of local groups.

I used to live there. There are about 300 teachers in Jeonju.
