Need a new laptop in Changwon

Long story short:

I have one laptop that is fast on its way out.

I got ripped off on another brand new laptop I bought from America. It's a Lenovo G570 and I live in a crap apartment with no wifi. The broadband feature isn't working at all due to a faulty Windows 7 package. Lenovo claims it isn't responsible for sending me a computer that is utterly useless to me. And I can't do anything being 7000 miles away from anyone that could do something, like a computer repair specialist that speaks English.

So, if anyone either a) knows a computer repair place in Changwon that can speak English and repair a 651 error (and no I can't fix it myself as I have been to 20 websites and tried to fix it myself for over a month) OR

b) has a very cheap laptop that they want to sell me

please contact me. Someone responded to an ad I made before but I was stupid enough to go for a brand new computer from back home, even having a friend send it to me in the mail. Stupid me, thinking a brand new laptop would work. Haha!

I would offer to sell it to you but you would just want to throw it off a bridge. I don't even know if the wifi on it works. It probably doesn't. Because it's from hell.

I have been to Yongsan and see there's a LENOVO service center there, you can try to bring your laptop to Yongsan and have it repair in that service center, I do not know if the A/S will work for your laptop if it covers the wsrrasnty.  if it really doesn't work, walk around the vicinity of the store the sells laptop, you can sell it to them or trade it with another laptop, you will just add more money because they will barter for your laptop at a cheaper price. 

Don't forget the receipt of your laptop, and its better if there's a korean friend of yours that will assist you in describing your problems.

 jackdaniels just walked me through the problem and fixed it with me over the phone. THANK YOU, jackdaniels! You are my computer hero. If possible. Awesome people helping me out should be supported.
