English speaking hair dresser in Daegu?
« on: December 27, 2010, 11:08:47 AM »
Does anyone know of an English speaking hair dresser in Daegu?
Fraigo hair recently closed (even though he was expensive, I got a good haircut). The other hair dressers I've been too managed to do things to my hair that was unimaginable really, since I only need a basic cut but always leave with some Korean trend.  ???

Serrano Hair has an English speaking hairdresser. Her name is JiWon. 15,000 for a cut. If you're facing the stage take the first left right after the dept. store and keep walking for about 3-5mins. It's on your right hand side on the 2nd floor. You can see the name on the steps. The phone number is 053-423-0045. They're open from 11-8.

the girls at White Hair (opp Zara) in downtown Daegu speak a little bit of English and do a good job (I have unmanageable curly hair which they haven't messed up!). it's cheap too- 10,000 for a cut and dry.

Ji Won's English is REALLY good compared to the girls at White hair. She is really nice and makes you feel welcome. Serrano is actually a minute walk away from Frigo's.
