Privtate English Kindergarten for children aged from 3 to 7 in Bundang(Kyonggi province), a neighbor city to Seoul.

We are newly opening in July 2012. The establisher is a board-certified music therapist and English instructor who have lived in the States for about 10 years, so that the communication difficulties with the employer would not be a problem in this working place.
The job will include making session plans based on the curriculum provided by HENEKE Center, documenting students’ progress, and of course, teaching. Daily you will be responsible to teach three 2 hour classes incluing recess inbetween and to participate three 30 minute long circle time before each class. Considering the ages of our students, teaching part counts less than caring and nurturing them. We will be the biggest mirror for them to see themselves through and make the base for their healthy growth. In other words, you MUST love to work with kids.
It will be a great challenge to work and live in Korea for a first timer since the environment, the culture and the beliefs of the general population is much different from your own. However, we are willing to help you broaden you experience in this alien country as a serious teacher to optimize your stay and to make the best out of this whole experience.
Two year contract is desirable with a raise after one year if you qualify.
Teacher’s certificate is not a must but a capital plus. At least two years of experience being with this age group(3-7yrs.) is required. Catholic or Christian is appreciated.
