Turkey - 2 Weeks - Suggestions Please

Anyone been to Turkey? Recommendations?

I will go for 2 weeks and I don't really want to spend most of my time at the famous sites. I prefer to kind of look around at a slow pace, have a few drinks at night, and just pretty much relax.
