I used to work in a Hagwon and we always used sites like www.education.com for great worksheets for any grade! also for phonics crafts if you have younger students, there is kidssoup.com which has categories or themes depending on what you want to teach with TONS of activites planned out and easy printable worksheets and resources. I used it a lot for kindergarten but I think some of the things would still be suitable in Elementary school too~~not sure about Middle or High school.

Great site for games, songs and ideas.  Especially where you don't always want to use powerpoint or video resources - it gets back to basics.
