If you renew, you get a flat 2 million. No ticket allowence.

If you renewed last year. We got 2mil bonus + a ticket home or wherever. I heard this time they had decided to stopped the ticket home cause it was to much admin hassle and were going to give the cash equivalent. Just wondered if anyone knew any different.

after renewing last year I got 2,000,000 renewal bonus and another 2,000,000 which I assumed was for the flight home.  hopefully this holds true again this year.
