I forgot my password

Hey there, I forgot my waygook password. I've sent in my email address to retrieve my password many times but it doesn't seem to be working.

I am logged in on this particular computer forever (thank god) but I work at two schoools and need my Waygook : (

Anyone know how to fix this? I would really really really appreciate it

I have no solution, but I want to emphasize that I've had the same problem.  The "forgot password?" feature does not work.  Luckily, I was able to remember mine.

Yeah it would be great if it could be fixed. Waygook is great for so many things, not jus tlesson plans. I feel lost without it! : )

yeah the lost password thing definitely doesnt work.

i ended up creating a new username under my brother's email address...
