I need help in Daegu

  OK.  Here's my problem.  My ASUS laptop crashed a couple of days ago and now only runs in safe mode.  Everytime I try to start it normally, it works for about 30 sec then crashes again.  So I need to take it to a PC tech who I can talk with in english to explain my exact problem.  Does anyone here know a place in Daegu that can help me?  I know I should take a coteacher with me, but they aren't available anytime soon to go with me.  A second thought is if I need to buy a new pc here, where could I find a place that sells pc's with english language operating systems??

I would appreciate any and all thought from people living in my area ..

Hello i dont know if you got this problem sorted but you should try and re-install windows. If it keeps crashing after that it may be a hardware issue.

If you can run in safe mode you may be able to put your files onto an external drive.
