Adapter for a mixboard

I purchased a mixboard in Japan, and was told that if I run it with my power converter here in Korea, it would be fine. Within seconds of plugging in and turning on, the power adapter of the mixboard started blowing smoke. Would anyone know where I can find a power adapter for this mixboard that would work in Korea? Or any other resolution to this dilemma?

Would this be something I can find in Nakwon or Yongsan?
