Once you've submitted summer camp ideas to the principal is it possible to change them?

My winter camp plans changed on a daily basis. You might not know what you have to work with until the first day so everything might have to change.

So I am trying to gather as many ideas for summer camp as possible... I already have a few in mind, such as making a music video, and for the last day an egg drop and a giant water balloon/shaving cream fight  :D .... But other than those I have no clue. Any suggestions?

After weeks of preparing, yesterday I was told that they want summer camp to be broken into three different classes.  One, one hour class every day for 3 weeks for one group and to use a textbook.  One, one hour class of regular camp and one, one hour class of 3rd graders that want to prepare for university.

Well, they're not sure so they'll get back to me.

The one hour they want for regular camp they want to be classroom focused teaching so I can toss out the super funtime happy activities I'd pulled together.  Anyway, looks like a boring time for all.

Hey Jean,

Check out the camp section on this site. It's full of great ideas and resources.

Thanks for the help guys. I've submitted my plan but I think I'll be adding a few extra bits here and there. I really wanted to do a Harry Potter theme but I've been told it's not educational enough so I'm working around the ideas I've been given and making them more fun.
I have 5 days with 5 different topics.
Food
Sport
Animals
Health
Countries
So I'm going to try and add an element of animation in for each day.

So far I have  Food - Nanta / Bodger and Badger
Sport - Harry Potter Quiddich - Pororo skiing
                     Animals - Wallace and Gromit
Health - High School musical (dancing)
Countries - Summer Holiday (Cliff Richard)

Do you think these sound like good ideas?

I posted 3 workbooks under the summer/winter camp section. You could check those out
for ideas.
